This smartphone has a very original design, but which does not seem to suit everyone.
Smartphones manufacturers sometimes have to show a lot of originality to stand out from competition. If some rely on photography or power, others prefer to distinguish themselves by offering original devices and recognizable among a thousand.
Finding a good design is however more complicated than it can appear at first. Design a smartphone returns to hours of study leading to different prototypes that will combine visual identity and good handling. Some brands like Samsung thus comfort themselves in an unchanged design or almost for several years as their consumers already seem satisfied.
However, there are other brands that take more risks in the design of their smartphones. One of them notably released two new models this year, one of which clearly did not go unnoticed with its design to say the least … Original.
Nothing is a little known brand, and for good reason. It represents less than 5% of the smartphone park. However, it is based on a simple and interesting principle: to make tech fun. This is why Nothing products all have a very particular design and recognizable among a thousand, with their transparent backs and their small LEDs capable of lighting up on the back of the brand’s phones.
However, Nothing may well have gone a little too far with his last outings. If the new phone (3a) seems to have won up many users, this is not necessarily the case with its “pro” stamped model and out of roughly the same period.
The first leaks in the design of the NOTHING Phone (3A) Pro sparked many debates on social networks. While some say they love this risk -taking with a protuberant photo module and a very “geek” gray color, others say it is the worst design never seen for a smartphone. A survey carried out On the social network X by Ben Geskin, Tech Expert, on the subject harvests no less than 78% negative opinion on the phone (3a) pro. Among the responses to the survey, we find in particular One of the most liked responses : “It’s simply filthy”.
On our side, we were also able to use the PHON (3a) Pro for several weeks and are also not very convinced by its design. The photo module is far too imposing, does not facilitate handling and somewhat imbalances the phone when held by one hand. For the rest, the Phone (3a) Pro stands out as very correct for its price, in particular thanks to its daily photos and performance.
