Although the series is currently at a standstill, Bandai Namco Entertainment still took the time to announce that it has exceeded the threshold of 30 million copies sold since its existence, all consoles and all games combined. An impressive figure which proves that the formula has been able to retain players, despite episodes which have only added characters and recycled a gamelay which has always had difficulty evolving. On the other hand, in terms of staging and fidelity of the anime, we have clearly not done better, except perhaps the recent Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. To celebrate in due form, the official Naruto games Twitter account published a nice visual, while Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the Naruto manga, took the trouble to create a drawing for this occasion. Of course, we would have loved to know the sales details for each episode, but obviously, Bandai Namco Entertainment does not want to reveal the exact figures to us.
