Nearly sixty Ukrainian orphans who have been welcomed in Lombardy, a region in northern Italy, for 32 months, were due to be repatriated to their country on Friday, August 16. But this “urgent” decision by the Kiev government was revoked on August 14, at least temporarily, by the court of the Bergamo region.
