(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Morgan Stanley has one potential stake equal to 5.210% in the capital of Italmobiliare, a holding company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and controlled by the Pesenti family. This is what emerges from communications from CONSOB relating to significant equity investments, where it is reported that the transaction dates back to 21 August 2023. The communication was made, on a voluntary basis, to update the aggregate equity investment.
Specifically, 4.220% are voting rights attributable to shares (share classified as indirect borrower ownership), while 0.990% is made up of shares subject to securities lending agreements without expiry date and with the possibility of return at any time at the lender’s discretion.
