(Finance) – Italian Wine Brands (IWB), a wine group listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announced that the significant shareholder Provincoholder of a stake equal to 7.1% of the share capital, has presented a list for the renewal of the Board of Directors at the next shareholders’ meeting.
The list is composed by: Alessandro Mutinelli, Simone Strocchi, Giorgio Pizzolo, Marta Pizzolo, Massimiliano Mutinelli, Antonella Lillo, Sofia Barbanera.
The candidates Alessandro Mutinelli and Giorgio Pizzolo will respectively assume the role of President and CEO; and vice president of the company. The candidate Antonella Lillo has declared that she meets the independence requirements.
