(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Italian Exhibition Groupwith reference to the treasury share buyback programme, announced that it has purchasedbetween 19 and 25 April 2023 inclusive, overall 2,970 ordinary treasury shares for a counter value equal to 7,592.90 euros.
Following the announced purchases, as of 25 April, the company active in the organization of trade fairs and congresses holds 165,970 treasury shares, equal to 0.54% of the share capital with voting rights.
