(Finance) – Italian Design Brandsa diversified industrial group among the Italian leaders in design, lighting and furniture, announced that it has purchased on Euronext Milan, as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares, between 2 and 5 January 2024, in total 2,425 ordinary shares (equal to 0.009% of the share capital) at the average unit price of 9.9429 euros for a countervalue total of 24,111.45 euros.
Following the operations carried out so far, as of 5 January, IDB held 7,402 own shares, equal to 0.027% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Piazza Affari, Italian Design Brands presents an unchanged trend compared to the day before and stands at 9.98 euros.
