The announcement is part of the activities envisaged by the reorganization plan launched last June 15 and which envisages a significant one intervention by the reference shareholder Lapo Elkann through the disbursement of its own finance, with the aim of mitigating the negative impacts of the dismissal procedure on workers and allowing the payment of salaries.
