It is thought that the Dynamic Island feature will be brought to the Android world soon by the manufacturers. But a theme developer acted quickly from the manufacturers. The developer brought Dynamic Island to a Xiaomi phone running the Android operating system.

In a short video spotted by TechDroider’s Vaibhav Jain, he showed how Dynamic Island-style notifications and its currently playing portion appear in Xiaomi’s MIUI software. Looking at the video, it seems that when the “island” is expanded, the selfie camera located in the corner dot notch is hidden.

It was stated that the theme is called Grumpy UI and is only available in standard Chinese language. According to reports, if Xiaomi approves this unofficial and developer-created theme, it will be released on the theme store.
