It will be necessary to have a representative in Türkiye in sales from abroad
Companies that send products within the lists published at www.ticaret.gov.tr/duyurular from abroad to Türkiye will be obliged to appoint a local representative in Türkiye. It will not be possible for companies that do not fulfill this requirement to sell to Türkiye.
