When asked, Korsh specifically names one of these details in the interview. Markle was allowed the sentence “It’s poppycock” don’t tell of yourself “That’s nonsense” or “Papperlapapp” translate.

[…] My wife’s family uses the word ‘Poppycock’ when they have a topic to discuss that might be sensitive. Let’s say you wanted to do something that you know your husband doesn’t want to do, but you at least want to discuss it. Since you are only discussing it, it is not binding, so you would say: ‘It’s poppycock.’

However, the royal family was vehemently opposed, as Korsh further explains.

[…] The royal family didn’t want that [Meghan Markle] that says. They didn’t want her to say the word ‘Poppycock’. I think they were afraid that people would cut scenes together in which they ‘cock’ [zu Deutsch: ‘Schwanz’] says. So we had to change ‘Poppycock’ to ‘Bullshit’. I didn’t like that at all because I told my in-laws that [Poppycock] appears in the series.

Korsh hints that there were one or two other instances where the royal family intervened and the Suits scripts had to be changed. But he can’t remember exactly what it was about.
