If Dead Island 2 took three days to exceed one million copies sold, for Wo Long Fallen Dynasty, it took two months to achieve the same score. A success for KOEI Tecmo and the Team Ninja studio who know that they can now count on the very present Souls-like community to embark on new adventures. That said, the Japanese studio had already met with the same success with the Nioh series, which has already sold more than 7 million units worldwide. Other figures have been revealed, such as the fact that the total of players including the Xbox Game Pass as well as the PC Game Pass has exceeded 3.8 million! What’s less common is that it’s a game set during the late Han dynasty and depicts a version of the Three Kingdoms overwhelmed by chaos and destruction. Koei Tecmo takes the opportunity to remind you that free updates are planned, as is a selection of DLC to come. For example, we know that the “Battle of Zhongyuan” pack is scheduled for release in June, with two special DLC packs to follow.
militia warriors, #WoLongFallenDynasty has sold over 1 million units & has reached over 3.8 million players!
Thank you for the tremendous support! The team is hard at work with future updates as well as the upcoming 3 DLCs.
