A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is the title of the third Game of Thrones series, which is set to launch on HBO next year. The project is based on the novella Tales of Dunk and Egg by Game of Thrones creator George RR Martin and revolves around the knight Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire Egg.

To mark the start of filming, HBO has released the first image from A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms which gives us a glimpse of Ser Duncan, played by Peter Claffey (Vikings: Valhalla). However, there is still no trace of his companion, Dexter Sol Ansell (The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes).

According to current information, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms End of 2025 will start on HBO. For now, however, filming in Belfast, Ireland must go off without a hitch. If everything goes to plan, we can look forward to new Game of Thrones next year.
