Prostate enlargement, which is seen in advancing ages, obstructs the urinary tract that it surrounds and prevents urine flow. Difficulty in urination affects the life of the person negatively. PATIENTS DISCHARGE WITHIN 24 HOURS
Bleeding with the HoLEP method is relatively rare compared to the classical surgical method. Patients are usually discharged within 24 hours. Patients can return to their normal lives approximately 2-3 days after discharge. In addition, while the risk of prostate tissue regrowth and obstruction of the urinary tract continues in patients treated with classical methods, the risk of recurrence of the disease is completely eliminated since there is no prostate tissue left behind in the treatment with the HoLEP method.
