These five parties have a narrow majority of 25 seats. A sixth party was still being sought, but this was not possible due to several blockades. All variants with the PvdD were unacceptable to the CDA. All variants with the SGP were unacceptable to GroenLinks and undesirable to D66 and PvdA. All variants without SGP, but with ChristenUnie, Volt, or PvdD were unacceptable for the VVD and undesirable for CDA.
