WHY IS ORAC IMPORTANT?
In the fight against free radicals, ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) occupies an important place in reducing aging. An adult should have at least 3000 ORACs. Let’s give the ORAC amount of some fruits below:
