The US Supreme Court on Friday gave the green light to a law that could mean a ban on Tiktok in the US.
Meanwhile, a number of users have migrated to the Chinese app Rednote, also known as Xiaohongshu. According to Reuters it is about millions of new Western users in a short time.
Support for socialism?
Rednote is largely in Chinese and is not particularly adapted to a Western audience, and this also applies to its user agreement and privacy policy – about which claims and rumors are now spreading – not least on Tiktok.
