In every Utrecht municipality someone is awarded, but the busyness of the mayors differs greatly. Mayor Mark Röell van Baarn and his colleague Petra van Hartskamp-de Jong van Montfoort only have to pin two ribbons, in contrast to Utrecht (31) and Vijfheerenlanden (22) where most ribbons are handed out. Only in Renswoude nothing happens today, they have already handed out three ribbons there throughout the year.
