THE LONGEST AND HIGHEST EARTHQUAKE IN MARS HAS OCCURRED!
Data from NASA’s InSight spacecraft has revealed the two largest earthquakes ever observed on Mars. One of these earthquakes was 4.1 magnitude and another 4.2 magnitude. The 4.1 magnitude earthquake lasted a few seconds, but the second earthquake lasted exactly 94 minutes. Thus, it went down in history as the longest earthquake recorded on Mars.
In addition, it was announced that the earthquakes were 5 times larger than previous earthquakes measured on Mars. There were 24 days between the two earthquakes.
