According to the indictment, the man must have told about sensitive information regarding the relationship between the suspected perpetrator and the deceased.
He is also said to have said that the deceased had a stick driven down his throat, something that the police did not come up with until several months later. Örebro District Court acquits him on that charge, as the information could have been leaked in other ways as well.
However, despite his denial, he is sentenced to 80 daily fines for two other cases of breach of confidentiality, as well as data breach.
