The underwater vehicle Titan, carrying researchers and tourists to the wreckage of the Titanic in the Atlantic Ocean, disappeared at the bottom of the ocean on Sunday, June 18, with 5 people in it, and then it was determined that it exploded inward due to high pressure and 5 people in it lost their lives.

USCG officials emphasized that the wreckage of the underwater vehicle was removed from the ocean floor and handed over to them in a written statement yesterday, USCG officials said, “United States medical professionals will conduct an official analysis of the human remains carefully removed from the wreckage at the crime scene.” The USCG said the debris analysis would provide critical information as to the cause of the incident.
OceanGate Expeditions, the owner of the Titan vehicle, announced in a condolence message shared on June 22 that the CEO of the company, Stockton Rush, as well as Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman Dawood, Hamish Harding and Paul-Henri Nargeolet were in the vehicle.
