After Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s call for the removal of the barricades yesterday, the removal of the barricades in the north of Kosovo has begun.
The barricades in Rudar of Zveçan Municipality were moved by masked people.
It was observed that some of the vehicles that formed the barricades, which had stopped moving as of December 10, did not work.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Serbian President Vucic has called for the barricades erected in response to the detention of former Serbian police officer Dejan Pantic in northern Kosovo to be lifted after the detention order was converted to house arrest.
Vucic said last night that it could take up to 48 hours to remove all barricades in northern Kosovo. (AA)
