(Finance) – isybankthe group’s new digital bank Intesa Sanpaolocommunicated that Francesco Profumo assumes the position of president. Profumo was Dean of the Faculty of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Turin (the University of which he was Rector between 2005 and 2011), President of the Compagnia di San Paolo from 2016 to 2024 and Minister of Education, University and Research from 2011 to 2013, President of the CNR from 2011 to 2012 and since 2022 he has been a Member of the European Innovation Council – European Commission.
Mario Bosellia well-known entrepreneur in the textile sector, who has held roles of important responsibility in business associations for a long time and is currently president of Prestitalia, leaves the presidency to take up the position of vice president.
Antonio Valitutti is confirmed in the role of CEO; Vanna Alfieri, Giampio Bracchi, Renato Cerioli, Achille Galdini, Paola Papanicolau and Claudia Vassena are also part of the Board of Directors of isybank.
