According to Russian war bloggers, Ukrainian troops have been seen 35 kilometers from the border in the Kursk region of Russia, says think tank Institute for the Study of War.
According to the bloggers, the units that advanced north of Suža are small.
ISW has not been able to confirm the bloggers’ claims.
Based on confirmed footage, the troops have advanced at least 15 kilometers.
