In a Levada Center poll, 91 percent of Russian respondents said they were worried about the situation in Kursk.
The Institute for the Study of War think tank following the war in Ukraine raises in his daily Ukraine report brought up an opinion poll, based on which Russians still support the war in Ukraine.
According to a poll conducted by the independent Levada Center Russian organization on August 30, 78 percent of Russian respondents still support Russia’s “military operation” in Ukraine.
In July, the corresponding figure was 75 percent and in June 77 percent.
From the latest figures, it can be judged that the Ukrainian attack on the Kursk region in Russia has not caused a big change in the way the Russians approach the war in Ukraine.
However, 91 percent of respondents said they were concerned about the situation in Kursk.
The lowest level of support for the war in Ukraine was in February 2022, right after the war started. At that time, 68 percent of Russians supported the war. The percentage has not been below 70 percent since March 2022.
