Only “minor” obstacles are holding back an agreement to release some of the hostages kidnapped by Hamas, in exchange for a humanitarian pause in the Gaza Strip. This was declared this Sunday by the Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Mohamed ben Abdulrahman al-Thani, who specified that only “practical and logistical” elements were still blocking the process.
