Israeli President Isaac Herzog said according to American media that Israel does not want war with Lebanon.

Herzog denied the claims on Sunday. The Israeli president hinted that Hezbollah has several enemies who could be behind the attack.

Herzog also said that Israel does not want a full-scale war with Lebanon.

The situation in the Middle East has recently become more tense. Israel is still waging war in the Gaza Strip. In addition to that, Israel and Lebanon have recently been firing rockets at each other. Israel said on Sunday that more than a hundred rockets were fired from Lebanon into northern Israel early Sunday morning.
