It’s always the same scenario. The Arabic spokesperson for the Israeli army launches an appeal on several platforms Saturday, November 16 in the morning. He addressed three times to residents of the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, affirming that they were close to infrastructure of the Hezbollah that the Israeli air force was preparing to bomb.

Friday, November 15, there were three series of attacks still on this stronghold of the Shiite organization. Bombings also targeted the city of Tyre, further south, on Friday and Saturday. In total, according to an Israeli spokesperson, 160 targets were struck by the air force in Lebanon, but also in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours. And in the other direction, there is a multiplication of rockets coming from Lebanon. At midday, the count was 55, with several direct impacts on homes.

Hezbollah claims to have targeted Israeli military bases. Since the start of the week, the organization has fired record salvos of rockets and launched swarms of drones to saturate Israeli defense systems like the Iron Dome. We can say that the two parties are pushing on the ground in the context of a ceasefire on this front, the details of which are still to be refined, but which could occur soon.
