On Friday, a Norwegian court sentenced two siblings to a member of the ISIS organization. Both fled to Syria as teenagers.
Somali -born sisters claimed in court that they were forced to join the organization and stay in Syria. Sisters are Norwegian citizens.
The siblings fled to Syria in 2013, when they were 16 and 19 years old. In Syria, they married Isis fighters. The parent got two daughters and the younger one. The other year, the Norwegian authorities were looking for siblings and their children from a camp in northeastern Syria, where Isis was held.
The older sisters received four years of absolute sentence and a younger two -year sentence, one year is conditional.
