(Finance) – Following the tragedy that struck the island of Ischia, UniCredit has launched various support interventions in favor of the community affected by the disaster.
Among the initiatives prepared by the bank in favor of those who suffered damage as a result of the storm, one 12-month moratorium on mortgage and unsecured loan installments for companies with registered/operating headquarters in areas affected by bad weather; and for all private customers holding mortgage loans residing in the territories affected by the atmospheric event.
UniCredit also puts a provision of a loan with a subsidized rate for private customers residing in Ischia who have suffered damage due to bad weather and the “New business credit package”with a line of unsecured/mortgage loans at favorable conditions, in favor of business customers with registered/operating headquarters in the Municipalities affected by the event.
Remo Taricani, Deputy Head of UniCredit Italiatoday in Naples to attend the premiere of the San Carlo of which UniCredit is the main sponsor, canceled to make room for silence and respect for those who have suffered a serious loss, said: “We express our utmost closeness to all the island families affected by the landslide and, confirming UniCredit’s proximity to the territories in which it operates, we promptly took action to support all the realities on the island that are suffering damage due to bad weather. In fact, we made a package of extraordinary interventions immediately available, a first and rapid response to help businesses and households deal with this emergency situation”.
