(Tiper Stock Exchange) – ISCC Fintech , a company active in Italy in the sector of the purchase of so-called portfolios granular non-performing loans from financial institutions, announces that it has finalized the preliminary contract for the purchase of a portfolio of unsecured NPL loans individual attributable to the secondary and financial market, with a nominal value of approx 6 million euros.
The stock consists of 1,509 positionsmainly derived from contracts of banking/financial origin. The definitive transfer will be formalized with a separate subsequent contract following the Due Diligence to be concluded within the next 180 days.
