Lidberg is the fourth attacker to leave FC Utrecht this summer, after Othmane Boussaid, Marouane Azarkan and Jeppe Okkels. In addition to that quartet, Ryan Flamingo, Sam Lammers, Hidde ter Avest, Oscar Luigi Fraulo, Thijmen Nijhuis and Calvin Raatsie also left for other clubs. Mark van der Maarel has retired.
