Isa Östling20, has quickly become one of the country’s biggest TikTok stars with over half a million followers.
Earlier this year, she posted a video in which she shared that she was “born a man.” The video was an answer to the many questions she received about her birth sex.
– I was born a man. Everyone already knows that, right? But I get the question maybe five times a day on DM, she said then.
Now, however, Isa Östling’s followers have something completely different in mind: her new breasts.

Isa Östling speaks out about breast augmentation
During the week, Isa Östling posted a new video on TikTok with the title “Tutt-Q&A”. After a barrage of questions about her new breasts, she chose to break her silence.
– I get so many questions every day about my “tits”. And I get it, they’re kind of just there. They can’t be missed, she says, gesturing to her new breasts.
In the video, she shares that she got her new breasts for 50,000 kroner, which she thinks was a real bargain. She continues the video by answering follower questions about the procedure and problems she encountered during the healing process.
– I got a small fluid collection under the right “pee”, she says.
Despite the complications, she says they healed well after a while. But there is one question she hesitated to answer.

The question Isa Östling did not want to answer
A question that Isa Östling’s followers often asked, but which she found difficult to answer, is how big implants she put in.
– I didn’t want to answer that. Because I know you’re thinking “I want to have like your tits and I’ll do like yours,” she says.
She explains that there are problems with asking for the same amount of implants as someone else and expecting the same results.
– It’s more about proportions and that all bodies are different, she says.
Therefore, she has so far not wanted to comment on the size of the implants. Until now.
– I have put in 480 cubic centimeters. It’s like a lot, she says.
