Is the notch frenzy growing now One of Samsungs new

While Samsung is waiting for the Galaxy S22 series, claims have started to come for the Galaxy Tab S8 family with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 support (maybe Exynos can be used in some markets). The tablet family is expected to consist of the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8 Plus and Tab S8 Ultra.

According to WinFuture, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is claimed to be the flagship. The tablet may have a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, 8/16 GB of RAM and 128/512 GB of storage and a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display along with an 11,200 mAh battery. Interestingly, it is mentioned that the tablet will come with a notch that houses two 12-megapixel cameras.

The notch, which is identified with the iPhones, was finally revised by Apple and made smaller on the iPhone 13 models. However, the company had added a notch to the redesigned MacBook Pro models. If the rumors are true, Samsung will add a notch to the “Ultra” tablet model and expand this trend.

In fact, it is said that most users want the notches to be eliminated.

HOW WILL TAB S8 AND TAB S8 PLUS BE? HERE ARE THE CLAIMS

Compared to the Tab S8 Ultra, the Super AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate on the Tab S8 Plus is claimed to be slightly smaller, offering a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels and measuring 12.7 inches. While it is said that the mid-range model may not have a notch, it is also among the claims that the tablet may come with 8 GB of RAM, 128/256 GB of storage and a 10,090 mAh battery.

Judging by the allegations, the standard Tab S8 model seems to be the smallest model in the family. The model, which is claimed to have an 11-inch LTPS TFT screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a notch-free design and an 8000 mAh battery, can also offer 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage, just like the Tab S8 Plus.

It is worth noting that every information transferred is considered as a claim for now, and Samsung has not yet confirmed these claims.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 family is expected to be introduced on February 8, 2022, along with the Galaxy S22 family.
