Leusden – “A unique incident”, the Safety Region said about the collapsed crane in Leusden earlier this week. The crane was about to fall over when a leg sank into the ground. Twenty houses were quickly evacuated. The Safety Region calls it unique, but is it? Fortunately, accidents involving cranes are rare, but things do go wrong sometimes.
