That is why the questions focus on this. The survey was drawn up by a specialized research agency. It is based on a scientific method: the Participatory Value Evaluation. This method has been used 50 times by Dutch governments in recent years to involve residents in, for example, corona policy, climate policy, transport policy, water safety policy, etc. The survey has been extensively tested in advance, with both supporters and opponents being questioned.”
