Harry Potter 3 was the worst performer on the global box office
My colleague Jenny wrote about Harry Potter 3, among other things:
Alfonso Cuarón’s entry in the Harry Potter series shows how much artistic freedom is possible in a franchise film. The Prisoner of Azkaban Bids Hallmarks of Cuarón, such as planning sequences and a sophisticated imagerywithout ever wanting to be anything other than a Harry Potter film.
Who knows if this one artistic scope also impacted the commercial success of Harry Potter 3 has. In any case, Forbes’ box office comparison of the fantasy series revealed that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban made the least money within the franchise with a worldwide result of around $795 million.
the highest grossing Harry Potter film was unsurprisingly the grand finale of the series. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 2 grossed $1.342 billion worldwide.
