Don’t talk about feelings

Now that both the house and the garden are getting closer to completion, Irma feels extreme gratitude.

Irma Lehtosalo breaks the silence – after almost two months: “I’m so in love”

– Mother is extremely grateful for everything I have helped her with; the house, the plot and everything. She nags a lot about it, that “do you understand how grateful I am”. I understand that. Then it’s the case that we don’t talk a lot about feelings and such, says Marko.

Irma is grateful for all the help with the house and everything else Marko has done for her, so much so that she is moved to tears.

– I’ve been a little mean to you, I say “shut up” and I don’t mean it. I’m grateful for everything, you understand that, says Irma to Marko.

It is important to Irma that Marko really understands how grateful she is. According to Marko, they tend not to be particularly loving towards each other, despite their clearly lovely relationship.

Irma Lehtosalo about the success: “You don’t have time to go out with the dogs!”

– Without him it would never have turned out like this. I am so glad that all my children have forgiven me. You can start over, I can try to be the mother they needed when they were little, she says.

The appreciation that Irma radiates is clear, even though the occasional Finnish profanity may occasionally slip out.

You can see the season finale of “Marko & Irma” season 2 today, April 23, 8 p.m. on TV4.
