(Telestock) – Tiziana Merlin has resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Ireneeffective September 1, 2024, “for strictly personal reasons”.
Iren made this known with a press release, in which it was announced that Merlino was independent and non-executive directorand also held the position of member of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee.
“Based on communications made to the Company and the public, Merlino does not appear to hold, at the time of his resignation, any shares in the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will shortly proceed to his replacement”, concludes the note.
