Iren new board of directors confirms Ferretti as vice president

(Finance) – The new board of directors of Irenappointed today by the shareholders’ meeting, confirmed Moris Ferretti in the role of vice president e Gianni Vittorio Armani in that of chief executive officer and general manager, as well as assigning proxies and powers, as required by the bylaws. The board also proceeded to verify the existence of the independence requirements envisaged by current legislation for its members.

THE advisers Pietro Paolo Giampellegrini, Tiziana Merlino, Cristina Repetto, Giuliana Mattiazzo, Patrizia Paglia, Francesca Culasso, Francesca Grasselli, Giacomo Malmesi, Gianluca Micconi, Licia Soncini and Enrica Maria Ghia were in possession of the independence requirements.

The BoD has also appointed the members of the internal board committees. For the Committee Control, Risks and Sustainability Giacomo Malmesi (independent), Enrica Maria Ghia (independent), Tiziana Merlino (independent) and Francesca Culasso (independent) were appointed, the latter with the function of president.

In the Committee for the Remuneration and Appointments Gianluca Micconi (independent), Patrizia Paglia (independent), Cristiano Lavaggi and Pietro Paolo Giampellegrini (independent) were appointed, the latter with the function of president.

In the Committee for the Related Party Transactions Francesca Grasselli (independent), Cristina Repetto (independent), Giuliana Mattiazzo (independent) and Licia Soncini (independent) were appointed, the latter acting as president.
