According to the news of The Jerusalem Post, it was claimed that young women who were determined to have received training from the Revolutionary Guards in the city of Mashhad in the north of Iran and who spoke Hebrew well, tried to leak information from Israeli soldiers through their social media accounts.
THEY TRIED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION BY SENDING OBSCENE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
It was said that the team sent photos and videos, wearing revealing clothes or naked, to Israeli soldiers through 22 different fake social media profiles.
While the identities of two women named Baghbani Tarshizi and Haniyeh Ghaffarian have been announced, the information obtained is being transferred to Hamas, according to Iran International.
NOT THE FIRST CASE
It is known that Hamas has used the same tactics in the past to gain access to military information.
The attempt of Hamas, which established a network similar to the same team to deceive Israeli soldiers in 2022, was blocked.
It is also known that attempts were made to place spyware on some Israeli soldiers under the guise of puzzles through social media profiles.
