THY AND PEGASUS CANCELLED THEIR FLIGHTS
Due to tensions between Israel and Iran, Turkish Airlines (THY) and Pegasus have cancelled flights to Iran, Jordan and Iraq tonight. As a precaution, the flights were arranged according to the times when people can land at airports during the day.
GREEK AIRLINES SUSPENDS FLIGHTS TO TEL AVIV AND BEIRUT
Greece’s Aegean Airlines announced that it has suspended flights to Tel Aviv and Beirut due to security reasons.
“Due to recent developments in the Middle East, all our flights to Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv have been suspended until August 6, 2024, and to Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut until August 8, 2024,” the company said in a written statement. The statement added that passengers whose flights were canceled can rebook or request a refund.
