Iranian Foreign Minister Erakçi, in his message shared on the X social media account, stated that they discussed regional talks in a phone conversation with Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani.
Pointing out that the Italian Minister called on Iran to exercise restraint against Israel, Erakçi said, “Iran’s response to Israel’s terrorist attack in Tehran will be definite, measured and well-calculated. We are not afraid of regional escalation, but unlike Israel, we are not after it either.”
