The wait for the date when Apple will release new models of the iPad Pro continues. The M2 processor is expected to be among the features of the new iPad Pro. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, in his latest bulletin, he expects the next generation iPad Pro models to be released soon.

Mark Gurman, in his “Power On” news release, states that since Apple has not launched new iPad Pros at its “Peek Performance” event on March 8, it is reasonable to expect new models to arrive between September and November of this year.
At this point, with the information conveyed by MacRumors, it comes to mind that the new iPad Pro models were released in March 2016, June 2017, October 2018, March 2020 and April 2021. This means that it will take between 13 and 16 months for Apple to renew its product line. In anticipation of autumn, Gurman thus suggests that the launch of the iPad Pro could take up to 19 months after the launch of the currently on sale model. This also shows that iPad Pros on sale may be among the longest-lasting models to date.
HOW WILL THE NEW iPAD PRO BE?
The number of information coming in recent months for the features of the new generation iPad Pro is quite low. However, Gurman expects the new iPad Pro models to have the M2 chip as well as MagSafe charging. The Apple Silicon M2 chip, which is said to benefit from speed and efficiency improvements thanks to TSMC’s 4 nm manufacturing process, is expected to have an 8-core CPU, the same as the M1. It is also among the claims that it has 9 and 10 core GPU options.
