(Tiper Stock Exchange) – INWITas part of the first tranche of treasury share buyback, announced that it had purchased between 24 and 28 July 2023, overall 373,725 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 11.6145 euros, for one counter value equal to 4,340,624.95 euros.
As of 28 July, considering the treasury shares already held, Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane holds 2,399,731 treasury shares equal to approximately 0.25% of the share capital.
