(Tiper Stock Exchange) – INWITthe first Italian tower operator, announces that Donatella Colantoni has taken over the leadership of the Human Resources & Organization Department and will report directly to the General Manager Diego Galli.
Colantoni will be responsible for ensuring people management through the definition and implementation of selection, development, rewarding and caring policies and ensuring the definition of organizational models and workforce planning, as well as the management of industrial relations. Among his duties is also that of ensuring supervision of the issues of prevention and health of workers and safety in the workplace.
