(Finance) – INWITas part of the first tranche of share buybacks, announced that it had purchased between November 13 and 17, 2023, in the aggregate 579,000 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 10.7239 euros, for one countervalue equal to 6,209,113.40 euros.
As of 17 November, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane holds 12,405,206 treasury shares equal to approximately 1.29% of the share capital.
