(Finance) – INWITas part of the first tranche of share buybacks, announced that it had purchased between December 4 and 8, 2023, in the aggregate 10,300 ordinary shares at the average unit price of 11.4502 euros, for a countervalue equal to 117,936.62 euros.
As of 8 December, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane holds 12,510,064 treasury shares equal to approximately 1.30% of the share capital.
