Invitalia entrusts RTI with Greenthesis with the reclamation of the Bagnoli area

(Finance) – Greenthesis announces that the Temporary Grouping of Companies of which it is the parent company with a share of approximately 40% and in which Eni Rewind, Sirai, Vianini Lavori, Semataf and Consorzio Stabile Grandi Lavori also participate has signed the contract with Invitalia having as its object “the joint assignment of technical services for executive planning, services and works for the reclamation of the Urban Park, reclamation of the infrastructure grounds and construction of infrastructures in the site of significant national interest of Bagnoli-Coroglio (NA)” .

These activities, explains a note, having a total contractual consideration of approximately 269 million eurosthey will have one contractual duration of 60 months.

In particular, the remediation of unsaturated soils will involve the use of multidisciplinary and “environment-friendly” technologies such as, among others, those of a chemical-physical nature (thermal desorption and thermal desorption coupled with soil washing) and those of a biological nature. (bio-phytoremediation), to be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the European Framework Directive concerning the so-called “waste hierarchy” through which to identify and implement management methods aimed at achieving the lowest environmental impact
possible.
