(Finance) – “Private companies have a fundamental role in promoting parenthood, in Intesa Sanpaolo we have introduced measures to allow people to better reconcile the time dedicated to work and family”. This is what was stated by Chiara Pastorino People Management & Development Intesa Sanpaolo, on the occasion of the General States of Natality underway in Milan.
These measures – he added – “include smart working, the possibility of having one day off per week, the flexibility of incoming hours, as well as an increase in permits and leave also for paternity. These are measures that help families to share the burden of care and give the possibility of realizing a personal and family project”.
